Musical Theatre and Dance : Musical theatre music introduces students to vocal production, rhythm, and movement, focusing on the interpretation and phrasing of the song and using the whole body as an instrument while performing. Musical theatre dance is the study of Broadway dance and dance styles. Students learn choreography from selected musicals, our focus is on Broadway musicals old and new! Our instructors introduce song and choreography into dance techniques and styles. Musical Theatre and Dance culminates in a presentation of solo and ensemble numbers from the musical theater repertoire.

The Village Repertory Co. is a non profit professional theatre company, producing drama, comedy, and musicals with a special emphasis on the finest plays of the 20th Century.
